Crunchy on the outside, moist on the inside. Everyone will want to snack on these Cheese/Ham n' Cheese Balls. Packed with hearty fillings, these little bites are simply burstig with flavour. The décor lends them a tasty twist, additonal crunch and a great appearance.
Place 8 Cheese or Ham and Cheese Sticks on a 60cm x 40cm baking tray lined with baking paper and defrost face down for approximately 15 - 20 mins. Cut the pastries into 5 pieces with a dough scraper or knife.
Toss the pieces in the seed mix. You can add several pieces to the seed mix at a time and give them a quick shake.
Spread the sprinkled pieces evenly across the baking tray and bake as follows:
Oven temperature: 165°C - 175°C
Total baking time: 23 - 28 mins
Place the baking tray in the preheated oven (vent closed) and bake with plenty of steam. Open the vent after 18 - 19 mins to achieve a crisp and crunchy surface.
Place 5 balls each in a bag and turn the little canapés into a perfect snack. Customers can enjoy the bites piece by piece, or share them with friends.
